BENEFITS OF PURCHASE OPTION:
- No minimum usage fees
- Covers cost of vehicle and equipment
- 1-yr parts and service on equipment including generator, sealer unit, robot, blowoff, controls and vision system
- Truck chassis covered under manufacture warranty (Example Ford 5yr/50k miles)
- Licensing rights to use RMV patented technology under this agreement on assigned vehicle only
- Delivery of truck includes (1) operator training session
- Multiple software licenses, includes improvements and updates
- Remote monitoring and support, data collection, and monthly reports with Verizon 4G
- Processing of monthly fees and service payments due RMV through ACH
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains General Liability, Vehicle, and Cargo (Equipment Replacement) Insurance
- Secures contracts and meets the licensing and bonding as required by those contracts
- Providing operating crew and related labor expenses
- Provides all consumable materials, including sealing bricks, diesel fuel, oil, etc.
- Routine truck maintenance (oil, tires, fluids, brakes, etc.)
- Pays for service calls after one-year warranty for all parts, labor, and expenses.
- Work zone safety; flaggers, cones, signs, barriers, traffic control, etc.
- Truck repair resulting in damage beyond normal wear
LEASE AGREEMENT with RMV, LLC.:
$50,000 Deposit
- 20% down payment with purchase order to reserve unit and enter build list
- 80% due upon delivery of truck
7-Year Lease
- Additional fee, Per Linear Foot Crack Sealed (PLFCS), starting at $0.055 with annual adjustment
- Annual minimum starting at $150,000, with annual adjustment
